Agency principal, William J. Bixler, has been in the insurance business for over 40 years. Bill attended Niagara County Community College and is currently pursuing his Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriting (CPCU) designation.
Bill has acquired extensive knowledge working with small business and municipalities, which allows him the background necessary to provide proper coverage for each individual client.
When not in the office, Bill is very active in the Medina Community. He is a long-term member and past president of the Orleans County Chamber of Commerce, a 23-year member of the Medina Rotary Club holding the office of president twice and is currently the youth exchange program chairperson. Bill has also been host father to fifteen international exchange students.
